I am sorry I have been AWOL again. I have had company here since last Thursday, so I have been very busy watching movies entertaining my guest. My best friend’s daughter drove up from college to visit Brendan and me. It was nice to have her here for a few days. Her mom is thinking about coming out in May to stay with me before Kendra finishes with school and then they both can drive back to Minnesota together. It will be nice seeing Shannon again since I have not seen her in about four years.

My sister called me last night to tell me that she already has my birthday present. My birthday, the BIG 4-0, will be in September, but she had to get it early. Guess what!?! I am going to see MY BOYFRIEND BRAD PAISLEY!!!! Can you hear me scream!?! CAN YOU? CAN YOU? I cannot even tell you how excited I am to see him!!!! That is going to make the depressing 40 not so depressing!

Here is my WWC for this week. The words were WIND and FIVE. Wind was the perfect word for this week considering the wind has been blowing about 80-90 miles an hour. In fact, one night, it was so loud and hard that Brendan woke up and would not go back to sleep. I had to turn on the fan and the television so he could not hear the wind. Maybe a big reason he could not sleep was he watched a little bit of The Mummy before bed. Haha.
