Thursday Thriteen #121 (Thirteen Reasons Why I Have Not Done A TT Since September)
Wednesday, December 3, 2008 5:17 PM
It has been a long time since I have done one of these. I have been meaning to post one each week, but things have been so hectic. Hopefully, I will be able to do more in the future.
- I started teaching again.
- I teach elementary, a level that I am not used to teaching.
- It has been all about lesson plans.
- It has been also about coming home and teaching piano lessons until 6:00, after teaching classes all day.
- Oh, and not to mention doing homework with my precious son.
- I have to put at least an hour in watching television.
- Then, I have to put some time surfing facebook. I blame her for making me join!
- I have to eat.
- Oh, and sleep is important too. I have been going to bed at 9:00. NOT KIDDING!
- I do not blog as much anymore.
- I have no “gumption.”
- I HATE teaching science (I know that has nothing to do with whether I do a TT or not, but I just had to put that in there).
- My life is good, but things are changing that I do not want to change.
I have missed you all!

This is so strange!
So far, three of the old school TT’ers started back up today.
And…
I switched back to elementary school after teaching high school for 13 years!
Synchronicity for the win.

I know what you mean! Just yesterday I finally set up a separate bog for my more personal posts. My other main blog hasn’t seen much work either. Time to get my butt into gear!
Welcome back
And I can empathize with the Facebook thing….hubby calls it “crackbook” lol
Happy TT

I find each of your excuses to be inadequate and unacceptable.
LOL .. I’m kidding. I’m kidding. I kid because I care.
You go to bed at 9:00? Ouch! Still, I bet it’s great for your students that you’re rested and aware and ready to teach. Welcome back and thanks for visiting my TT.
Sleeping and eating are over rated!
Happy TT
You may be going to bed at 9:00 but I bet you’re waking up really early too. Ick! I hope things ease up for you soon!

Congratulations on doing this post, what with all the living you’re doing! There’s hardly anyone as busy, busy, busy as a teacher.
Welcome back! What’s it like to have a non-cyber life?
