Thursday Thirteen #76 (Thirteen Things About My Nephew, Wesley)

Wednesday, September 19, 2007 3:08 PM

It is time to continue my TT lists on the wonderful family. This weeks it’s all about my nephew, Wesley. If you are wondering why I have not did a list on my son yet, don’t fear… I already did one! :)

  1. He is my oldest nephew, therefore, my very first!
  2. Because of that, he is very special to me.
  3. He was the only nephew that I did not get to see very often when he was a baby because they were living in Chico.
  4. So I spoiled him by giving him a dollar every time I saw him (he was only a couple months). He still loves money to this day and is good at saving it.
  5. He ended up having more money than his parents once. Haha.
  6. I do not give him a dollar every time I see him anymore. :)
  7. He is very helpful to me. He can even lift my scooter in and out of my SUV without any help and he never complains about having to do it.
  8. He is learning the guitar and is doing really well.
  9. He is a great basketball player.
  10. He is more shy than my second nephew, Jared, but does have his dad’s sense of humor (it just does not come out as much because of it).
  11. He does well in school too.
  12. He was my only nephew who did not use a pacifier, so he talked much earlier than my other two nephews. He actually talked very early, and it was so cute!
  13. Sometimes, I look at him as see myself in him. We are so much alike, which is one of the reasons why he is so special and that I love him! I cannot wait to see what God has for his life!
