I am a mother of one beautiful six year old boy, and I am a Die-hard Oakland A's fan. I was a history and algebra teacher for nine years before my son came into my life, then became a stay-at-home mom. That has been one of my greatest joys.

I love to play the piano and now I teach other children how to play piano too.

Thursday Thirteen #107 (Thirteen Things That I “Love.”)

Last week I was teased for be “grumpy” because I listed “Thirteen Things That I “Hate.” I guess the sunshine and tulip blog does not look “mean.” :)

Well, I decided to list some of the things (or people) that I love. Just like the word, hate, I used for last week’s list, the word, love, can be relative to some of the things listed.

Oh, and I missed the “theme” again! :(

  2. My son, Brendan.
  3. The rest of my family.
  4. My friends.
  5. My church.
  6. Chocolate
  7. Pepsi
  8. Spring
  9. The Oakland A’s!
  10. Will Smith
  11. Pedicures

  5. Oh Oh and you are reading Pillars. LOVED that book. It was a wonderful adventure. I have the second book that he just put out. Unfortunately I’ve heard from two big fans of Pillars that #2 just doesn’t have the same appeal. But, it’s on the book shelf and I’m going to give it a try.

  7. Gosh, I’ve never HAD a pedicure. Tommie told me that they were awesome. I hesitate…. I used to love the As when I lived at the Lake. What a fun team!
