Thursday Thirteen #100 (Thirteen “Christian” Songs On My iPod)
Wednesday, March 5, 2008 2:10 PM
Hey, it’s my 100th post! That is so hard to believe! That is a lot of weeks to stress by wondering what to list each week!
I am staying with my iPod theme, instead of doing something special for the 100th post. Yeah, I am that boring!
- Wonderful Merciful Savior Craig and Dean Phillips
- Redeeming King Jadon Lavik
- How Deep the Father’s Love Kathy Troccoli
- Across the Lands Keith and Kristyn Getty
- How Great Is Our God Chris Tomlin
- Beautiful Savior Casting Crowns
- Mighty to Save Laura Story
- How Great Thou Art Alan Jackson
- He Saw It All The Booth Brothers
- I Will Glory In My Redeemer Sovereign Grace Ministries
- Farther Along Brad Paisley
- In the Garden Brad Paisley
- In Christ Alone Keith and Getty
Read more TT’s here.

I don’t have any of those songs on my play list. Mine’s mostly techno. LOL. Happy TT.
I don’t know any of these as it’s not my genre – but music is great!
I have my 11th Edition of my Thursday 13.
It’s 13 Rides/Attractions I love at Disney World.
Drop by – I’m glad to see you and will visit you.

I didn’t know that Brad Paisley also recorded Christian music. I remember that Kathy Troccoli had a song that got played on VH-1 called “Everything Changes”. I really liked that tune.
Congratulations on your 100th TT. How cool. Some of your tunes I know and some I don’t. Have a great TT.
I really like Jadon Lavik, but I haven’t gotten any of his music yet. I need to do that. Thanks for the great list, and happy TT!
I did not know Alan Jackson recorded How Great Thou Art. I will have to check this out.
I’m afraid I don’t know any of them, sorry!
My TT is about 13 people that inspire(d) / influence(d) me on my path.
I like Alan Jackson and Brad Paisley. Happy TT.
I love Beautiful Savior
I don’t know any of those because I am not into anything Christian, but many congratulations on your 100th TT! It wouldn’t be a TT without you!
I must be getting far too old. Must confess I’ve heard of none of those.
Mental note: Must get more hip!
I have Ginny Owens…Love, love, love Crystal Lewis and need to get her music on my computer quick.
Great post – happy TT
Congratulations on your 100th TT! That’s impressive! YES!! Your music taste is so diverse. I bet you’re a fun coffee date.
Congrats on your 100th! I’m only a quarter of the way there, and I wonder how I’ll come up with one more, much less 75!!
Happy TT!
No. 12 is a favorite of mine! A beautiful waltz.
I definitely need to get In the Garden — it’s one of my favorite songs, but I don’t think I’ve heard Paisley’s version yet. Happy TT!

The only ones we have in common are Brad Paisley.
Great list and wonderful TT idea.
Happy 100th posts!
Hoping you are well.

Great selection! Congrats on your 100th post.
Great Songs, I love ‘em all.. I tend to put Christian preaching podcasts on my ipod more than music… happy TT!

Congrats for getting this far. I have Christian songs in my ipod but I’m not familiar with what’s in your list. But this is a great suggestion.
I don’t recognize the performers, but I do love many of these songs.
Hugs and blessings,
add some point of grace!

Great choices. I love them all. It would be hard to choose just 13.

100 TT lists, wow! I am only on my 6th so I find 100 very impressive.
I do have a lot of Christian music on my Ipod as well but lean toward more contemporary sounds (Love Third Day, Natalie Grant, Barlow Girl, Toby Mac). And I LOVE Casting Crowns.
Great list!
Congratulations on scoring a century!!!
Happy TT!!
Wow, congrats on your 100th post on TT. Happy TTing!
I don’t have an Ipod…but that’s a great list of music! Happy T-13!
Yay for 100 posts!! Nice list — we have a lot of the same songs I bet!! Happy TT!
100 TT’s. That’s great. I’m barely on #3. Gotta start somewhere right? That’s a great list. Have a great day.
Excellent list!! I’d love to have all these on my iPod, if I had an iPod.
Love Chris Tomlin, Phillips Craig & Dean, Casting Crowns, Kathi Troccoli… and More!!! HAVE a great weekend.

Nice list. I like Chris Tomlin’s songs. Happy TT!
That’s a really awesome play list! Congratulations on your 100th TT post!! This is my first ever!
Keep on blogging. What other genres do you listen to? My fave Christian music is Skillet’s Alien Youth album. Also fond of many versions of El Shaddai.
Congrats!
Kathi Troccoli is one of my most favorite singers. What a fabulous voice.
My TT is up in verse form.
