Well, I have made a decision….. I am going to take a break from blogging. Well, at least for a little while. It’s not like I blog so much right now anyway, but the pressure I feel “that I must do it” is always there. I like to do it, but there are so many factors that make me want to stop completely.

For one, I do not know how or why, but Google is posting a message before people get to my site warning of “malicious” content and how it might harm their computers. Malicious? ME? I probably have the most boring and “G-Rated” blog out there, and now people have to be careful coming to my site. How crazy is that?

Another reason, is that since I will be teaching in the fall, I do not feel like I will have time to blog much anymore. Perhaps, once I get a system going, I will feel more confident in my teaching abilities and relax a little when it comes to my new job. It’s stressful, but a VERY GOOD FRIEND OF MINE, told me today, “When you teach elementary, you are teaching children. When you teach, high school, you are teaching a subject.” When I think of it that way, I feel a little more at ease. (Thank you, Agent M)!

I am not leaving “forever,” so, Jay, do not take me off your blogroll! I will come back with how things are going and even post funny incidents that my students or I do in class. I will also still be reading all your blogs, and commenting when I can.

So, for a short time, it’s good-bye, my friends. I will “see” you soon.
