That was the day I graduated from high school. It is hard to believe that twenty-two years ago, on this exact date, I was walking down the aisle getting my diploma. Where has the time gone? Twenty-two years does not seem possible, but when I wake up in the morning, I feel it, so I know it’s true! Haha!

Speaking of “old.” The other night, I decided to introduce my eight year old son, Brendan, to Space Camp, a movie I loved when I was in high school. He actually enjoyed it. When it was over, I said to him, “You know, that movie came out the year I graduated from high school.” He looked at me, and said, “Wow, then that movie is REALLY old!”

Thanks a lot, brat son.

Oh, you also what to know what a wonderful chef I am at home? Well, Brendan was staying with my sister a couple days before he leaves for Colorado to see his dad. She asked him, “So, Brendan, what shall I make for dinner tonight?” He thought for a few minutes, then said, “How about Spaghettios!”

I promise that I do not cook that for dinner every week! Maybe, every other…. Haha, just kidding!
